This product is specially designed for the use of gap heat transfer design. It can fill the gap, complete the heat transfer between the heating part and the heat dissipation part, and also play the role of insulation, vibration reduction and sealing, so this can meet the design requirements of equipment miniaturization.


 Therefore, it has manufacturability and practicability, and its thickness has a wide range of applications, so it is a good thermally conductive filler. It can be widely used in electronic and electrical products to transfer the surface temperature of the heat source to the radiator and air.


In order to achieve better heat dissipation efficiency, wireless charging bases are generally made of metal materials and integrated with anti-skid pads. This can lay a good foundation for the heat dissipation of internal electronic components to achieve anti-skid and wear-resistant effects. In the internal coil part of the wireless charging, this part includes the part where the heat is concentrated in the middle, so the main temperature probe will be installed in the middle of the coil to ensure that the operating temperature of the charger is within the specified temperature range.


   Because the bottom shell is connected to the wireless charging circuit board, all the components are concentrated on one side of the printed circuit board. The circuit board is an irregular whole, and there is no direct and seamless connection with the bottom shell, so the bottom shell is pasted with silicone thermal pad to fill the bottom shell. The gap between the circuit board and the circuit board, so that the heat of the circuit board is conducted to the bottom case through the silicone thermal pad for heat dissipation.
