GPU-300 is a high performance thermally conductive gel compound and will not dry out. It has low viscosity for easy and neat application; and can be used for application involving auto-dispensing equipment or stencil screen-printing. GPU-300 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are forbidden.
