GPU-600 is a high performance thermally conductive putty compound and will not dry out. It has low viscosity for easy and neat application; and can be used for application involving auto-dispensing equipment. GPU-600 is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, offering extra reassurance in applications where hazardous substances are forbidden.
